22/06/2020Double The Fragrance with Compact Jelly Belly Car Air Fresheners
Now drivers can double down on keeping their vehicles fresh and fragrant with the latest in-vehicle air fresheners from Jelly Belly.
The new Jelly Belly duo range is just like the standard 3D air fresheners except they are smaller and come in pairs, so can be used together on multiple vents to boost their effectiveness.
The compact 3D air fresheners are now available in three fragrances; Very Cherry, Blueberry and Bubble Gum.
Being part of the 3D Jelly Belly line-up, they have a three-dimensional design that incorporates a clip to fix the air freshener to vehicle air vents or any other slim horizontal surface.
The Jelly Belly Car Air Fresheners range is among the most popular vehicle air fresheners on the market, according to Tim Paterson, National Sales Manager for Griffiths Equipment, which distributes them around New Zealand.
Originally introduced as bean-shaped 3D containers that could either be fitted to air vents or dangle from the dashboard or rear-view mirror, Jelly Belly air fresheners give out scent from the candy to fill the passenger cabin with a fresh, sweet fragrance and overcome musty smells and odours.
They are based around the distinctive gourmet jelly bean candy that have an instantly recognisable fruity flavour.
“These new compact 3D Jelly Belly air fresheners provide motorists with yet another option to keep their vehicles smelling good.”
But it’s not just cars, SUVs and commercial vehicles that can benefit. Mr Paterson says the Jelly Belly air fresheners can be used on boats to prevent musty smells from developing during winter lay-offs and they’re also ideally suited for use in the home or office.
Jelly Belly is an amazing phenomenon, starting off as a popular range of jelly bean-shaped candy in the United States before its manufacturer had an “off-the-wall” idea of taking the intense, fruity flavours and infusing them into bean-shaped air fresheners.
Extracting the ingredients used in the jelly beans, they have managed to transfer the intensity of the tastes into scents to make a variety of different smelling air fresheners.
Originally created in the 1970s, Jelly Belly jelly beans famously won the approval of US president Ronald Reagan, who kept them in the Oval Office, on Air Force One and even made sure they were on the table at meetings with world leaders. Jelly Belly jelly beans have even made it into space, on the NASA space shuttle in 1983, when astronauts were seen trying to grab weightless spinning beans in their mouths.
The new Jelly Belly compact 3D air freshener range is available from leading automotive and hardware stores throughout New Zealand.
