NARVA hits new power peak with ‘Plus 200’ headlight globes

Narva has released its highest output halogen headlight globes to date – the powerful ‘Plus 200’ range, which offers a remarkable 200 per cent more light volume than standard halogen globes. Along with this impressive light output comes a longer beam penetration, illuminating up to another 80 metres further down the road.

The Plus 200 performance globes are also 20 per cent whiter (3750°K) than standard globes – rendering objects much closer to their daytime colours. The more closely light resembles daylight the more it improves visibility, which speeds up object recognition. Approaching a more natural daylight colour rendition also helps reduce driver eye fatigue which improves comfort over time and adds to safety.

The new Plus 200 globes are the most powerful lamps in the Narva range, making them an ideal upgrade solution for any application using H4 or H7 sockets.

Remarkably, despite the notable performance benefits, the fitment of Plus 200 performance globes does not increase power consumption or heat displacement, meaning that they can safely be used in polycarbonate
headlamps.

Unlike many LED globe upgrades, the Plus 200 range is ADR-approved and totally street legal. Fitting Plus 200 globes is a safe, efficient and simple upgrade to OEM lighting, making them the best and most convenient option for vehicles needing extra lighting punch, or simply a more comfortable and safer night time driving experience.

It is worth noting that fitting Plus 200 globes — rather than choosing an alternative upgrade path — will avoid potential issues resulting from a recent change affecting compliance with the 2004 Vehicle Lighting Transport Rule.

The new globes are available in two fitment options: 12V H4 (60/55W) and 12V H7 (55W), in both single or twin globe packs, from leading automotive and transport outlets nationwide.
